If you need to sneeze, do not hold your nose, sneeze while your mouth is open.
Decongestants such as Sudafed will help to reduce pressure in the sinuses.
Avoid lifting heavy objects, blowing up balloons, playing musical instruments that require a blowing action or any other activity that increases nasal or oral pressure.
